Nice bread
A nice textured bread,tasted good and after a cheese and picalli sandwich on it felt nice nicely full,was weird when toasted as didnt brown even though was toasted and ready to eat

If you like heavy, dry, chewy tasteless bread this is for you.
A great disappointment. Looked ok although a strange shape but not crusty. Very heavy dry & chewy consistency. Lacking in taste. You need to be desparately hungry to eat this bread. I have just read the makers description & they say this is made from their bagette dough so theres another product to avoid.Reading further the makers suggest you reheat at 180degrees. Perhaps this is the answer to make this bread palatable. However if I wanted a part baked loaf I would have ough one. It seems cheapto buy but not really cheap when its fit only for the bin.

Great Bread Free from nasty stuff
Grocery store baked goods are typically full of Sodium Proportionate and other bad stuff to extend shelf life and allow the bakers to take short cuts. Obviously placing profit ahead of the well-being of customers.This bread has none of that and I think it tastes great. Bread of this quality is normally £4 a loaf but his is under 2 and bigger than most. So now I don't need to decide between my kids eating well and spending extra £s. It won't keep as long as preservative laced bread but it freezes well. The only point for improvement is: if you could buy it sliced for convenience.

Did you want bread with your flour?
Bought to try a different type of bread and ended up with enough flour to bake another loaf! This bread is absolutely caked in flour it was really off putting to eat, you’d bite into it and feel like you’d bitten a bag of flour there was so much.If you don’t mind dusting your bread off every time you cut a slice then it’s ok.Won’t buy it again though.

A really nice white loaf.
A very nice, straightforward, uncut loaf.It's a big old beast, coming in at over 36cm long.Made from white wheat flour, it is a very tasty light bread, with a really nice crusty crust.It says it's handmade, how handmade, I don't know, but it certainly has a home-baked taste.It's the first time I've purchased this and I will definitely be buying again.I hope you found this review helpful.
