And as is a device for natural inhalation steam therapy. And as contains a convenient dropper bottle of sinus blend oil - Eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, and Camphor essential oils - a blend used for centuries to provide symptomatic relief of many respiratory ailments. And as can also be used in conjunction with nasal rinsing.

So-so inhalation kit
This inhaler is too small, and too flimsy, in my opinion, to provide enough water for an inhalation lasting more than two minutes. I used to find better inhalation pots and inhalation herbs at any decent pharmacy when I lived in Europe.

Chemical free
When your sinues get plugged up bad from allergies or the crud, this does not free you up like the chemcial prescriptions normally prescribed by the medical profession. It is gentle, pleasant smelling, and works gradually, and does not result in the possible side effects listed on the precription remidies. Seems like the possible side effects from most things you bring home from the pharmacy any more, out way the problem you are treating. Would be simpler if they would just say, may possibly effect everything from your hair to your toe nails.

No better than a mug of warm water.
That says it. There is not enough steam unless the water is too hot for you. Better to have a device that produces a warm mist, different from hot steam.I'm wary of having silica in the packet that you put into the water. Toxic?

Pretty disappointed. Liquid cools down way too quickly. I only get about a few minutes of good steam. 2 stars because some people might only need a little steam time
