After searching for the perfect ironing board I have finally found it. I am tall and most fall a little short and cause me back pain, this ironing board is the perfect height. Ironing is not my favourite past time so anything to make it easier is a bonus for me. Easy to put up and down, the board is big and adds ease to ironing. Doesnt wobble and is very sturdy.

Had an old Minky board which was flimsy at best and was looking for a bigger more robust replacement. I was prepared to spend more than normal to get improved usability and longevity - looked at likes of Brabantia and Leifheit but then came across this one. Had decent reviews, looked good, larger size and sturdy so for the price i thought it was worth a try. Very glad i did, it is superb. Delivered in perfect condition(despite some reviews saying otherwise) and the quality of the framework and cover are great. Feels very solid but not too heavy, i hang it on the wall when storing away and no problem there. The locking mechanism when folding away is good so it doesn't spring open when opening up again to use. The size of the ironing area is large, you can easily fit clothes on there but if you iron the likes of bedding, towels, curtains etc it would be really handy for that i imagine. The metal flat plate at the end for resting your iron on is also a good size, i have a steam generating iron and the whole unit can fit on there if needed. All in all i would definitely recommend this over the more expensive options as you get all they offer for a fraction of the price. Very happy with this purchase!

Excellent heavy duty ironing board, this one feels like it will last. Chunky and really well put together.It is quite a lump tho so bare this in mind.Quality product

I like the size of this board, it’s quite wide and makes ironing large items much easier. It is quite stable andI like how the legs can be locked for standing or hanging it up.

Upgraded from my 30 year old ironing board, which was like ironing on a downward ski slope. To this absolute delight, I'm a fan of ironing but now my Sunday evenings are filled with immeasurable pleasure standing over this board filling the wardrobes of the family for yet another week.Quick and easy to open and close, light enough. Big surface and does genuinely make ironing time quicker.Only bug bear the price went up £10 during putting in my basket and actually paying for it, naughty!!!!

Very sturdy -and has screws in the runner instead of those plastic circles that usually break so I’m expecting it to last a long time. A little heavy for me and is taller when storing upright than my previous one (and that was quite tall) so now doesn’t fit in my storage area but my fault for assuming they are all the same hight when stored

Good height, sturdy and doesn't wobble. The heatproof patch is useful when using a steam iron.

Brilliant ironing board, lovely large size so you can iron more in one go. I am short so find it a bit bulky but wouldn't change it all, it's a great board.
