Fantastic Product.
I love Swiss Diamond for it's quality nonsick and overall great construction. This specialty pan can be used to fry four perfect eggs or pancakes at a time using very little butter or oil.

Perfectly round pancakes or eggs every time ...
This piece of equipment should be in every cook's tool box. It cooks eggs and pancakes beautifully even and truly does not stick (although I usually use a cooking spray). I also lightly wash my Swiss Diamond pieces by hand and never put them in the dishwasher. The only reason I docked this pan a star is that the molds are slightly on the small side. Also, one of my family members thinks that the 'over easy' eggs I cook in them are strangely too symmetrical and perfect. This, however, works great if you're going to make a sandwich on an English muffin!

Worth the money.
I am using this pan for Swedish Pancakes and Eggs. I was a little concerned on the price but it definitely is worth the money. Very heavy duty. Very satisfied.

Wow factor eggs
And adorable toasts... The heat distribution and non-stick properties are awesome. I'm deducting one star for high price point in a specialty pan with no lid and the weight is a bit of wrist twerker - though fine for younger chef enthusiasts. Cutest eggs, toast rounds and plett I've ever made! I will admit eggs 'over easy' are a challenge in this pan though.
