This YESWELDER flux core wire has worked really well for my mild steel welding projects. It feeds smoothly and produces a clean, consistent weld with minimal spatter. I’ve used it on a few different machines and had no compatibility issues. The 2-pack is a great value, especially for hobbyists or small repair jobs. Definitely a reliable choice for gasless MIG welding.

Was pretty impressed with this wire. Ran it through my 10 year old cheap harbor freight welder and it laid down some decent welds. Only down fall i saw was quite a bit of splatter. But when I ran it in my newly purchased Hobart I was shocked at how good the welds turned out. Splatter was much less on the better welder and ran through the machine well. Hopefully it continues to run smooth for the rest of the rolls. I will know soon enough as I have alot of welding to do in the near future.

I'm just about to finish my 1st 2lb spool of this stuff and it's been fantastic. Welds come out clean and low spatter (notably, I also use Weld-Kleen 350 anti-spatter which also helps). I've been using Blue Demon wire for the last couple years on a Harbor Freight Titanium Easy-Flux 125 machine (which I love and recommend for amateurs like myself), but jumping to this Yes Welder wire has been a major improvement. BD is a solid product but it's now out of budget. I would usually buy 10lb spools of BD and re-spool into 2lb spools, but what started at $7/2lb a few years back, is now over $13/2lb today. My 1st order of YW wire came out to about $8/2lb for 6 rolls, I don't need to re-spool them, and the results are great. Although I've only used one roll so far, and still have 5 more on the shelf, I'm going to stock up on some more to make sure I don't run out any time soon.

Quality is better than the name brand at a fraction of the cost. Sadly made in China, I would have paid more for the name brand if it was a) made in USA and 2) of equal or better quality. 3) Within 10% of China cost.And don't give me the song and dance about USA labor rates, the same robots load and package the spools as in China, this is just greed and ripping off customers. Big thing is the quality, not excuse for a USA manufacturer not to excel at making stinkin' welding wire. Also, the name brand does not seem to mass market the 2lb spools (at least the NR-211 which is equivalent) so it is less convenient to boot.

Very good wire with little to no splatter. Getting beautiful welds out of this welder. The color looks gray for some reason. Better than other wires i have previously purchased from amazon.

Bought a cheap welder (TOOLIOM 135A MIG Welder Flux Core 110V MIG Welder Gasless Flux MIG/Lift TIG/Stick 3 in 1 Welding Machine IGBT DC Inverter with LCD Display) and this wire and I have been welding like a fiend ever since! Plugs into 120 outlet and welds just great- perfect for fence repairs, and other needs around the house. Price and quality are great!

Worked great no kinks great price
