Great machine, I love the engineering, quality, and finish.Installation and setup are easy, and the batteries are included. Which is a nice touch.I initially got it so I can get a good cardio workout in; I’m pleasantly surprised with how it doubles up as a weight training machine on top of the cardio.The cables provided allow for a creative workout where you can target different muscle groups, like arms, legs, back, chest, and of course, cardio.You can get a full body workout in one session, and you can increase the resistance for a more intense workout.It’s a solid machine, feels durable, looks nice and slick, and a really convenient since it can be folded for storage.

In March I will have the rower for a year. I was not sure about it at first. (On first getting it, It didn’t work correctly and I had to take the cover off and fix cable or belt or whatever it was. It’s been so long I don’t even remember the part as it has never happened again and it was a simple fix.)I chose this rower because the handles are separate and it’s more like rowing a dingy across the water. I absolutely love this feature of the tower. You can row in close or move the handles out and away, you can alternate arms or work only one arm. You can change the position of your hands on the handles. It’s wonderful. ( I had one of those rowers before this that was the bar you had to hold onto and it was miserable, this is a totally different experience.) I have not had any issues with resistance . I row usually about 4 times a week while watching a fitness app rowing series on my tv. You can see perfectly over the little very basic monitor that comes with it. The rower also has a holder for a phone or tablet to use. The seat is very comfortable to me and I have had no problems with excessive noise. I can’t really say how bulky it is as I have a very large tv room that has a treadmill, bike and elliptical in it also. I would suggest that if you place this in a room that you don’t normally you to be sure you have a tv in the room or a tablet or something to watch as you row away. I have never tried the other exercise features on this rower so I can not really say anything about them. I do use light free weights while sitting on the seat for other exercise apps and it works wonderful for that too! I am very very happy with this rower and would recommend it to anyone.Added Aug 5,2023. I still love this machine, I use it almost daily and have had no problems with it.

This rowing machine has been the best purchase I made during the pandemic. I have been able to get a routinely workout from the inside of my tiny apartment. It came well packaged with little assembly required. It took me less than 30 minutes, all tools needed are included with excellent instructions. My apartment is tiny so I have little extra room. One of the main reason I chose this machine over others is that it folds super easily and takes up minimal space. I also love the fact that besides a full body workout I can also use the resistance cables for arms, chest and back. The workouts are limitless! Highly recommend if you are looking to keep your gains or make new ones during this quarantine and beyond.

I liked the concept but the rope for the handles frayed and broke I would not buy this product

Easy to assemble and minimal noise level.

It’s ok. Easy to assemble. Can get some sort of workout. Quality not that great. Not worth the money they charge, better machines out there.

Have now had the product for a month and used it every day since I have had it.Very smooth operation and prefer the rowing arms over the single center pull machines because I can alter the arm position and work different muscle sets while rowing.The handle attachments allow for additional strength workout as well.Only negative feedback would be the foot straps. They could be better. It is a pretty wide strap but it runs through a metal “ring” to loop back and Velcro. The metal ring turns sideways while rowing and allows your foot to slip around.I am 6 ft 8 inches and the seat travel could be just a little longer , but is very close to being long enough.Overall, for the price of the unit, it is well constructed and very functional.

After years of debate with my husband about whether or not it's a good idea to purchase exercise equipment online, he finally caved and bought me this rowing machine. It was in my wish list since 2018. Absolutely worth the wait! It's stable, quiet, and has an excellent amount of resistance to make the most of my workout.
