A true two player game
I have found it really difficult to find a true two player board game, but this Top Gun board game definitely fits the bill. You can play with four players, or as a team, but I think playing with just two opposing players is, probably, better. The game is quite fast paced and is, basically, two games in one. Firstly, you play a volleyball game which then decides who is to choose whether they attack or defend during the main game. The main game is an aeroplane strategic game - which is excellent - it is strategy, dice and luck. The game says to end when the first player gains 12 tokens but we continued as we were having so much fun with it ... we could only get to 18 tokens as cards etc. ran out then. A fantastic game and I recommend.
