These are great. My GM is a plus size wearing 3x clothes and they fit perfect with extra room. They don't give her a rash, are very think and are not easy to tear.

These are the best overnight diapers we have used for elderly family member. They are also the most reasonably priced we have found. So it's a win-win. We've used this brand for several months now with no leakage. The velcro fasteners are far superior to the standard tape tabs that other brands use. They hold firmly all night and do not come undone. Highly recommend.

Have ordered the McKesson extended wear brief for almost two years and occasionally encounter issues with the brief's fasteners. My last order of two cases L/XL maximum absorbency ( 14 count, 4 packs per case, 56 total per case) had one pack with all of the fasteners detached or missing. The other 3 packs had at lease one or two briefs with the same issue of detached fasteners. I tried contacting the company using the telephone number on the package, but never received a return call. I like the absorbency of the product, but not cost effective if one half of the case is not usable.

Good product, run small

These are a 10/10 for me! They go unnoticed under clothes but can absorb just as much as a thicker one. The only thing is the padding isn’t as wide as I would like but other then that it’s perfect for staying low key with max absorption

Not absorbent. Every time they went to the bathroom these leaked (majorly) soaking everything underneath them. Don’t have this problem with other brands.

After I had a very unexpected bowel accident, I promised myself never again. I don't know what caused it, but now I put on these under my regular underwear and I don't worry about travelling. They are bearable. Not as comfortable as basic undies, but the confidence is priceless. It certainly goes over my self image, but it's great to have a resource like this. The fit is very adjustable... just a little hard to put on by myself, but doable. I wouldn't feel great about wearing them on their own unless I was just at home.
