Great for KlipperScreen
I mounted this to my Voron 2.4, connected the cable to the Pi and used KIAUH to install KlipperScreen. It works great and was very easy to get up and running.

Works great on Voron 3D Printer
Using this product on two different Voron 3D printers. Love the color screen. Nice resolution and responsive touch.

Extremely easy to use and works as soon as it is plugged in.
I had my doubts, but they were completely unfounded. This thing worked perfect and is still working several months later. I use my raspberry pie to run three printers and from time to time it loses Wi-Fi. It’s nice to have some other way to control it when the Wi-Fi goes down. The touchscreen works perfect and the quality is incredible for the size of screen.

Works as advertised
Easy to install, works well, price is reasonable. Replaced an HDMI connected 4inch display to expose the GPIO pins that the HDMI display draws power from on my rPi-4. Set screen orientation and booted it up. Since the screen is small (as compared to my fingers) touch function is more for show than function, and it is still geeky enough. (I am a proud geek!) I was able to fit the screen, the SSD card and the rPi4 in the case that came with the HDMI display with spacers, but will likely make an open case from lexan sheets myself.

This worked fine.
The screen worked fine when I tested it. I had planned to buy the smaller size that was the same size as the PI case, but reviews were not good, generally, for that size. It is necessary to use a stylus but that was expected. The purpose was to be mobile with the PI. Unfortunately, I am not using the PI or this screen currently because software that a member at the .org assured me was already installed was not installed. Forget to mention that the on-screen keyboard does not come with the display. It (called "matchbox keyboard") must be downloaded/installed from somewhere.

Great little touchscreen with great picture and resolution
I'm loving this touchscreen. It works well and looks great. The picture is far better than my expectations. I'm also pleased with the 800x600 pixel resolution at this display size. The mounting holes for the RPi and the single ribbon cable connection make it a very clean assembly as opposed to those other displays that require an HDMI cable or adapter. The mounting and placement of the ribbon cable does make it rather difficult to remove the SD card, but that's more due to the RPI design than the screen.

It works with my pi and doesn't interfere with the wifi!
It's a nice touchscreen, its size is just right for my 3d printer enclosure. I even went and made a custom case for holding the pi and the screen together. Though I do wish it came with more M2 screws. I'm using the screen with my Octoprint setup (the screen running OctoDash), it's also super easy to setup as it's simply plug-and-play.

Almost there
The picture quality is great and the hardware overall seems solid. The only con is that there is no way to turn the backlight off like you can with the official Pi screen. Because of this I am unable to use it in my application.
