Yes, it has mounting holes on the bottom so you can do a ceiling mount. Yes, there is a menu option to flip the image upside down.

I have decided that this is most likely the projector for me. Prior to set-up, does the wireless produce a quality image or should i stick with HDMI?

I'm sure the HDMI image is better, but ours has been great using only the wifi. Depending on the quality of your wireless network, some AV functions may suffer (videos, in our case, can be choppy).

Whats the input voltage rating ? Will it work on 220v ?

Justin is correct. If you go to Epson's site and (it takes a bit of digging to get to the tech specs) look there, it's rated for 100 - 240 V. That would mean you just need an adapter for the wall outlet. This is consistent with my experience with another model Epson projector that we use with our foundation here in Europe. No need for a voltage converter, just a wall adapter.
