Reliable Replacement Battery for Dell Inspiron 15R
I purchased this battery for my Dell Inspiron 15R two months ago, and I believe it's been enough time to give it a thorough test. The installation process was very straightforward, and the battery comes pre-charged. I followed the instructions to let it drain 3 or 4 times (I can't remember exactly), and it has been working quite well since.I set the battery settings to ensure it doesn't go below 5% charge, but I couldn't configure the laptop to prevent the battery from reaching 100%, so it always charges to the maximum.I usually have my laptop plugged in, so I can't provide a consistent account of how long the battery lasts when regularly disconnecting and reconnecting. However, the few times I've used it unplugged, it has lasted an average of about 2 hours.Overall, it has met my expectations and fulfilled my needs.
