Absolutely primo!
I've searched for years for a non stick that cooks like an untreated pan, and have finally found one! The HEAVY cast aluminum really distributes heat evenly, and stuff just doesn't stick if you pre-treat and handle with care. Only a gullible fool would believe the manufacturer's claim that metal impliments can be used!WHen will the two larger pans be available again? What's up? They've even disappeared from Amazon.de!

Great Pan but the bottom started separating after a year.
The media could not be loaded. Great Pan but the bottom started separating after a year. Not sure why but have put inquiry into company. As a follow on, the company was unresponsive! Don't buy pan, not good quality for long term.

Tengo ya casi un año usándolo. Se ve el desgaste sobre todo de abajo pero es muy poco considerando que lo uso casi diario. Desde el día 1 hasta hoy, sigue funcionando perfecto, puedo cocinar sin nada de grasa aunque lo recomendable es que se aplique una capa muy delgada, solo unas gotas esparciendo con una servilleta y funciona muy bien. Calienta de manera muy uniforme y una vez bien caliente, cocinas lo que sea en menos tiempo. El precio definitivo lo vale. El tamaño es perfecto para 1 o 2 personas. Muy contenta con la compra.

Handle broken disappointed
Even though I’m so happy with the product (I’ve had one before) I decided to go for the removable handle version - it lasted a few weeks and then the handle broke!

They are a little pricey but a nice panOnly downside is that they did not come with the pan protector as advertised
