Great product but Epson has sabotaged it.
I tried these out and they were working beautifully. I like the fact that they were recycled products and the price for the high capacity cartridges was great. Unfortunately, in the latest firmware update from Epson, they made sure the printer would reject these third party inks. I do not blame Jarbo for this. I was in the middle of a printing project for work when the update loaded. I was not concerned about it since I have had many firmware updates. Little did I know that I would be unable to complete the project once the printer rejected the ink cartridges that I had been using for a month. All four of them at once. Now I can't print until new Epson inks arrive. I have almost always used Epson printers but I may rethink that loyalty now. My printer is an Epson XP-4100

WAY better price & efficient printing!
I’m always skeptical of “non-brand replacement“ ink cartridges, but after spending a small fortune on Epson cartridges that leaked, didn’t register, and Epson wanting me to spend 2 hours messaging and sending them screenshots on my printer - I was done!I was surprised at the professional packaging and the great customer care that I received from JARBO with my first ink cartridge order. Before long I ordered for my home and office printer - WOW! All I can say is that I’m astounded with the quality of the ink and how long these are lasting for the price versus paying $25+ for ONE cartridge.I’ve received email updates and follow ups about the cartridges, if you update your printer software the cartridges might have issues, but they make you aware of what’s happening.GREAT COMPANY. I will continue to purchase all of our ink from you, thank you for providing great customer care and service!

Excellent Ink and 100% compatible every time. Great Price.
I've been getting Jarbo ink for my two Epson printers for several years now; their quality control and dedication to satisfy customers go above and beyond. In the past, I have contacted their team regarding questions about printers and compatibility before purchasing for certain rare printers, and when they say it's compatible, it is 100% every time. They are knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, when they mean XL (double the yield for black or color inks) they mean it, it outlasts original manufacturer cartridges. The quality is completely indistinguishable and they are a company oriented to serving their customer base. Their products are far superior to other standard remanufactured ink companies; Jarbo and their dedicated team is the way to go. The cartridge units work flawlessly every time. Now that we've been working more from home in our business, we have ordered more Jarbo ink than any other time, and it's consistently excellent and a huge savings$$. I will continue to purchase their ink for time to come, I am a very satisfied customer.

READ! How to get these to work!
It worked perfectly! Very cost effective compared the the name brand. I have 4 virtual schoolers and this ink came in handy. One thing to note is the new epson update will disable the use of 3rd party ink. Disable updates on printer AND on the computer program (if multiple computers on same network do it for all the computers). Disabling it from computer might be over kill but just in case. If you have updated already you can try exchanging for a new one (if your in the return window) or you can search a website called spiceworks for a work around. Last ditch resort instead of buying the epson ink buy another printer (roughly the same price) and disable updates. In my case I bought a epson workforce for around $60 vs. $100 for ink.

They are Great!!!
These are great for the money!! Unfortunately we can't use them on our printer anymore since we did an update on it, it will no longer take Ink that is not the ink cartridges from the brand of the printer! If I would have known that we would have not done an update and we could still purchase these cartridges! Just letting everyone else know just in case you get a new printer with updates!! Now we pay a TON for the "name brand" ink cartridges!!! :(These are GREAT ink cartridges that will save you money!!!

Ink Didn’t work, and seller has been deceptive
I ordered this ink and it didn’t work with my printer, so unfortunately it was a waste of money. I had to end up ordering the name brand ink and eat the cost for this item.I left a review describing my experience and one of the jarbo support reps reached out to me explaining that the likely explanation was that I received a a defective batch. They offered me a free gift card as an apology on the condition that I remove my original review. I was ok with that trade off, removed the review and then confirmed it w them. They haven’t responded to my emails and never issued the gift card. Thus me leaving this review.Super sketchy experience, won’t be buying from them again

**Update** Waste of Money
**Update** Jarbo's customer service contacted me to let me know they had a defective batch of cartridges and refunded my purchase.I replaced the black ink cartridge and the first couple print jobs (2-3 pages each) were okay, but everything after is super lighter. Lighter than gray scale and I can't print in black and white (blank page), so I'm assuming I'm not printing with black ink at all. What a waste of money. I should have just paid full price for a name brand.

Printer does not recognize
I bought a new Epson WF-2830 about a month ago and it came with the starter Epson cartridges, so I bought a pack of these knowing I would soon need to replace them. Well today was the day the black ink ran out so I went to replace. The printer does not recognize the cartridge. I have tried multiple times and it just keeps beeping at me and giving the message "Ink cartridge is not recognized. Please replace cartridge" Of course my return window on Amazon closed a week ago! Don't waste your money they do not work!
