Good, Not Grape
The media could not be loaded. The flavor itself isn't bad, it just isn't very strong. Supposedly, it was made to taste like grape Nerds, but to me it sort of tasted like watered down grape Koolaid. Also, the after taste is a little funky and it likes to linger in plastic mixer cups. Mixes well, decently priced and overall a good product for supplementing BCAA.

Taste is okay,,,,a little too sweet and sour for me. The effectiveness is pretty damn good I must say. Soreness reduced a lot.
