Extremely nice chair, leather is more tough and durable than my earthlite. Wish I had known sooner!
10/10 would buy again. I really love this massage chair!

Amazing chair
Got it from a 3rd party here on Amazon paid $300! Very happy with saving almost 50% off this chair and even happier with the build quality. It has lots of moving parts to adjust to your clients comfort and height

Strongest portable Chair on the market.
I was searching for a strong and reliable chair for months because I was stuck on Masters or Earthlite because of the Big name's but after doing my review I went with Stronglite ergo 2 and I couldn't be happier because of it's strength and everything adjustable on the chair...I'm so Glad ever piece can be order if something ever started going bad on the chair and that sounds like music too my ears because this chair is built to last baby.I Love the fact that this chair can handle up to 600 pds but the truth is.I'll never have a 600 pd client and you get the point I'm making..And to be honest I really haven't found too many bad reviews other than the chair making noises after 5 or 6 years.Bag could of been made a little bigger because I be struggling putting it back in the carrying Case and zipping it back up.But I'm so happy I chose Stronglite and Just Thank Me Later.

Amazing for the price
This chair is extremely sturdy, and definitely looks and feels great for clients. I unfortunately understood what others were talking about with the short knobs for the headrest, and I am not a fan of the material of the headrest frame, I would've much rather seen a smooth design on it instead as its hard to slightly loosen and adjust it. But in all I love the chair, and the bag with the rolling wheels is a major plus. I will most likely purchase a new headrest to go with it in the future

carrying case
I love the chair but the nylon carrying cases do not hold up well at all.

I regret not getting a refund
It's definitely comfortable and my clients like it. I like the adjustability for sure. But I expected alot more from this product when it came to capacity. The joints on it don't seem to meet its price range. The joints holding chest pad squeek alot. One of the bigger downfalls on this chair is the arm rest weight capacity, I can't put even half the pressure as my older chair (nrg grasshopper) before the armrest joints slip. As a therapist I'm not the biggest fan, if I keep it it's just for my clients comfort.Update - I've had for 6 months now & I use it approximately once a week. The Chest joint/head rest holder has started slipping with minimal weight making clients heads jolt sideways. A repair kit is been sent to me but will be shipped maybe in a week the rep said. I had a replacement chair sent the day after I first received because previous was worse. Not happy with this high price poor quality product . I regret not getting a refund when I had the chance.

Sturdy and adjustable
I'm a tall therapist so I really appreciate the way you can move the base up for my comfort. I have used the chair already with a lot of different body types and with a little adjustments (there are about 4/5) each person has found a position that is really comfortable. It is also really easy to transport with the wheels and not heavy.Only thing that I'm not in love with are the side knobs that secure the headrest. I've already lost one and luckily my husband found it on the ground.I splurged on this chair after comparing it to others. I saw that it was very stable and it is much more comfortable than my cheapie $75 chair. It is an investment but it is also a tax deductible and can be used on a wider variety of bodies. Plus I feel at peace knowing it is a lot safer for my clients in comparison to a cheaper chair.Happy hunting to you!

Worst bag design ever, but the chair itself good
I just got the chair today. So far more comfortable and more maneuverable than the last chair I tried. I'll be working with it at a fair tomorrow.I think the chair is great, but they really need to do better with the bag design. It's too small and took way too long getting the chair back in. I did, of course, read other reviews regarding this, so knew what I was getting into. This is to confirm the issue and hopefully nudge the manufacturer to fix it
