I’ve used it as my personal item on several flights and trips and have packed it full with everything, it fits my toiletries bag, notebooks, pencil case, charger, water bottle, medications, everything you may need on a flight. The one con like others have said: the straps are not cushioned, if your top covers your shoulders enough you’ll be fine. I wore it with a tank top walking all through San Francisco and multiple airports, if you’re carrying too heavy it might start to irritate your skin.

I bought the JanSport Half Pint Mini Backpack because I needed something small and unobtrusive for my 10-year-old daughter to carry around on our cruise. I didn’t want anything bulky — just something compact enough for her to wear daily around the ship, but still practical.This backpack was exactly what I was looking for! It JUST fits her iPad Air (which was the one thing I was most worried about) and there’s still room for other essentials like a water bottle, a book, snacks, and a few small personal items. The size is perfect — not too big, not too tiny. The straps are adjustable and comfortable, and the material feels durable without being heavy.If you're looking for a small backpack that can still hold more than you think, this is it. Highly recommend!

Such a cute little backpack, I love it. My kid loves to take his toys anywhere so this is such a cute backpack for him to put his stuff in.

Perfect size, absolutely love it.

It’s great, for the most part it’s what I had in mind and suits my needs, and it was a good price. However, I do wish it had more pockets and compartments. Like a an inside pocket or zipper pocket, maybe a divider for the inside like the larger backpack. Like make it an exact replica of the regular size backpack just smaller. I know I would pay for it for the quality alone, and I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be alone in that. So yeah, I took a star because there weren’t enough compartments. And the straps are bearable, but it wouldn’t hurt if they were padded, or again just a slightly smaller version of the regular sized backpack. Other than that, it works for what I need it for and I got it at a good price.

I was considering buying another brand but thought I’d give this bag a try since it’s pretty inexpensive and I LOVE IT. It’s so cute and practical. It holds my 30oz water bottle, makeup bag, keys, wallets and air-pods case with some room to spare. I’ve had it for a little over a week and it’s very durable and I learned it’s waterproof. My only complaint would be that the zipper was a little hard to open during the first couple of days but it’s easier now.
