AMAZING $$ Saver
I purchased this package after much research. Our dryer, GE model DBXR463ED1WW, began squealing/screaming/saying unspeakable things, and black marks were showing up in our clothes. Many articles of clothing were also found hanging inside the drier when done drying. This package contained everything needed to replace the inside upper plastic half circle that was breaking away, as well as the 4 drum slides (*****make sure you confirm on the directions, the green ones go on top, the white ones on the sides****). As soon as it was all put back together, the drier was as quite as when it was BRAND NEW. Literally, whispering. Not even rumbling!!! Also, with changing out the felt strip and vacuuming out the circular vent in the bottom of the door, the drier heated up so much more quickly, and our clothes are drying in 1/3 of the time it had been taking!! SO, we saved money by not buying a new drier, are saving money on not replacing the eaten pieces of clothing, and will be saving energy as things are drying quickly!!! And to top it all off, this part was delivered 2 days SOONER than expected!!!

Easy to Fix and Cheaper Too
Our dryer started acting up and when the hubs started looking around online to see what our options were.It became quite clear that we patch it up ourselves instead of going the "recommended" route of replacing the drum. The cost of replacement is almost as much as buying a brand new dryer. It was an easy installation and now our dryer runs just as good as new.Definitely recommend this!

Excellent parts. Easy to install. Save yourself a LOT of $$$$$$$ !!!!!!!!
When my dryer quit working, I was distraught at the cost of having it repaired. These service guys want to charge you $175 just to knock on your door! Then their mark-up on the cost of parts is double the retail price. Labor on top of that, and it would have cost me nearly $500 to have it fixed! I could buy a new one for that!So--I did a little research. Being mechanically-inclined, I found it ridiculously simple to completely rebuild my dryer! (Thank you, YouTube)The parts cost me a total of $130.00 (including this kit, a new timer, and new rear bearings). This kit comes with complete instructions, but I recommend watching some how-to videos on YouTube. You will find this kit to be of excellent quality, as it is from the Original Manufacturer.

Perfect fit
My dryer was making a racket and needed new bearings and support bearings. I also replaced the rear drum bearing which was broken.

After seven years of running our dryer about twice a day, 50 weeks of the year, two of the four drum slides were completely worn away (on the left side as your face the dryer from the front) and the dryer was squeaking at the beginning of the cycle. Replacing all these part solved that problem. The installation is not tricky, but watching a couple U-Tube videos should make the process much easier.

Initially very pleased. However I dont know if I did something wrong, the rest of the dryer assembly is to far gone, or I should've leveled it better...I put it in 3 months ago and it as already worn out and is squeaking again:(Good use better instructions I guess.

Makes your dryer new again
Worked perfect for my GE Select dryer. The part numbers can be confusing, but after a bit of research this is the one I needed. Keep in mind this will fit almost all of the GE Select dryers, the part is virtually identical among model numbers. It made the dryer like new again, no unbearable squeaking and way faster dry times:

Only lasted 5 months
I bought this part to replace the original part that lasted 10 years. After 5 months the dryer was thumping and grinding because this part had worn out again. I assume they used a cheaper plastic or something, but is clearly not as well made as the original.
