Star Wars Child's Deluxe Luke Skywalker Costume, Small

It was exactly like it shows in the pictures. Perfect for a little boys costume or dress up clothes. The belt tore within a few days but was most likely because it was worn every waken hour by my 3 year old.

Great costume for my 5 year old. The size was perfect for him and he absolutely LOVED this. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the quality is not the best, but my son could have cared less. As a matter of fact, he attended a StarWars event at our local library and his picture ended up in the newspaper because they thought he looked so cute and authentic in his costume! So---little kids LOVE this costume. It's easy to put on and it looks like the real deal. (I did have to go out and purchase the correct color light saber as I guess the 3 others we had just "weren't" correct!) Parents---forget your preconceived ideas of what your kids will like----because it's all about imagination and this fit the bill for making a little 5 year ecstatic as Luke Skywalker. (he wears it at least every other week!)

My son loves Luke. He is 6 and wears size 5-6. The pants fit him fine. The shirt was a little long on the sleeves but you can just roll them up. Since my dad is a tailor, I just asked him to cut the sleeves a little and add a button as the shirt is sort of like a robe and doesn't close without using the belt. My son loves his costume! It is see through but my kids always wear something underneath Halloween costumes because most of them are see through. My son loves it. That's what matters!

My six year old (currently, size 6 on top, 5 on bottom, about 48 lbs and 48 in tall) wants to be Luke Skywalker for Halloween, so I bought this costume, size Small. As other reviewers have said, it is not great quality, and in fact is see-through, but it gets the job done. He can fit the costume on over lightweight clothing. It absolutely would NOT fit on over his winter coat, so we will hope the weather in late October cooperates. My son absolutely loves it and puts it on daily. So, there you have it.

The costume is made of lightweight polyester, simple but realistic construction. The legs of the pants are a reasonable simulation of Luke's boots, and the plastic belt is likewise realistic. it is easy for the child to get in and out of, and I suspect the polyester will be durable through many hours of play, and a night of trick or treating. My grandson thinks he looks just like Luke Skywalker, and prefers this get up to the karate suit I suggested he wear instead. In short, this costume meets all of a child's expectations, and won't fall apart until the child outgrows his Luke Skywalker dreams.

The boots are not like the picture, but they fit in my son's sneakers. The belt was made with a nice soft rubber and the tunic is OK. In sum, the costume satisfied my expectations and my toddler son looks really cute with it.

I looked for a while at which Luke to purchase for our 2 1/2 year old. This one seemed to be a little "nicer" as far as Halloween Costumes go. The Tunic is thicker and quite nice. The belt is separate and our 2 year old has worn it for play many times since. He loved it. The small was a bit big on him and he is in the 90% for height and weight (like 35 lbs and 37 inches I think). The pants bunched up fine since he had jeans on underneath. I was very happy with it, a bit pricey for one night, but he has played with it a bit since.Did not come with a lightsaber, which was the biggest hit of all!

We LOVED it. My son is 3. The smallest size available is a size 5. I had to cut the costume and hem it using the iron on fabric glue stuff. The pants fit skinny so I did not really need to alter those. I just stuffed the extra length in the top of the boots. I had to hem the arms as well as the bottom of the robe to make it work for him. It took about 30 minutes of work and I have no experience doing things like that. We really enjoyed these 3 costumes.

I bought this a bit large for my son, who was 5 at the time, he's 6 now and just wore it for his second year. It's made it through 2 schooldays and 2 nights of trick or treating.

Exactly as pictured. Fits true to size. Arrived quickly.

Fit my 6 year old slightly big on the top but he was happy with it. Overall material was light and needed pants under but for the price it was a great costume

I consider the costume to be over priced for the quality. My grandson was adament that he wanted to be a Jedi for Halloween, and this was the only costume he picked. I was able to purchase super hero costumes for my other grandson's for half the price elsewhere. Seems a bit excessive for a mediacre quality outfit.
