Mathematical Analysis: 2nd Ed *** Ref 0-201-002

Der Verkäufer hat pünktlich und in dem vereinbarten Zustand geliefert. Daran ist nichts auszusetzen. Aber das Buch selbst ist von geringer Druckqualität. Es macht keinen Spaß, es zu lesen.

The price is right on this Indian version. If money is no issue, I would recommend a newer version with better typography. The content is the same (including some uncorrected errata). Analysis is not an interest of mine. While this book handles the subject thoroughly, it is quite wordy and contains few practical examples. I would not recommend this book to anyone who is a visual learner or merely wants an overview of mathematical analysis. If you really want to master the subject, then it might be for you (The first chapter or two can be found online.).

Believe me this is worth most.

The book is new but the physical format didn't fulfill my expectations, especially when the product is quite expensive. That is, the paper is thin, print is of very low scanning quality and book dimensions are 14 x 21,5 x 2 cm - not 20.3 x 25.4 x 4.7 cm as promised! The mathematical content is 4 stars but the physical format is below 1 star. Due to its annoyingly low quality, I tossed it out.

The book is excellent, but the quality (The Indian edition - Narosa publishing) is atrocious! I wanted to save some money so I decided to buy the Indian edition since it was much cheaper than the Pearson edition (~161$), but I must say I should have bought the Pearson edition since this edition is UNREADABLE !!!!!! Half of the mathematical notation are not printed properly. This is just a joke and I had to wait for more than a month for this arrive!
