Longer Replacement Laces Needed for My Wide Feet
I took another reviewers advice and replaced the original laces with longer l0ck laces, the longer length made ALL the difference on my wide feet, otherwise the fabric’s firmness, the plastic eyelet brackets and the original shorter laces would’ve been too constrictive. In my pics you can see the laces’ slack and how loose and relaxed the eyelet bracket becomes with longer laces, my feet are flat and wide, the bracket isn’t merely decorative, it can be adjusted. I chose white laces even though as others mention, these shoes are a light gray or moonstone color, it’s actually really pretty. Although I prefer water shoes with the width flexibility, color combinations and stretch that more supple fabric and a tongue affords, I bought this style for the soft, seam-free ankle. Other water shoe styles have a thick ankle seam (why?) which sometimes eats into my skin. The first pic is in low-lighting straight out of box, the others are over 9 hours (!!!) at a waterpark; during and after submersion in very chlorinated water and the last is testing a random pair of thin-med thickness socks, even though I plan to only use no-shows. The color holds, the shoes mold beautifully on the foot and around the ankle, I love them! I would love them even more in a size 9. The 8.5 fit exact lengthwise, the 9.5 left me with too large a space at toe, a mysteriously unavailable whole size would have given me a smidge of extra breathing space, however the fit is otherwise wonderful, they broke in very nicely and are comfy, also no arch support, which my flat feet love. These dry well outside over 14hrs. I bought these because I think dark colored water shoes look ridiculous with a bikini or boy shorts, and the super flexible ones and swim socks aren’t a great look either. These are the best of both worlds, a chic, unexpected color and a more sophisticated look that does the same job. I plan to wear these as shoes also, hence the sock test, because after 8 hours walking around in and out of water, the upper material began to irritate my index toe which is slightly raised due to a bunion, but feet are imperfect and I was breaking them in over that time which was not the plan, but…... The grip was great except at one oddly polished patch at the waterpark where I’ve experienced slippage with other shoes! The soles are thick yet flexible enough not to give off that croc look and clumsiness. My nephew has the velcro kids version of this shoe after some ankle blisters with other versions and likes it though the colors are sadly limited. I do plan to buy another pair, manufacturer/seller deserves 1 star for never carrying a size 9, but I am in love with the shoe that I got!

Great comfortable quality well draining water shoe.
Wow, what a great water sports shoe. I never rate anything a 5 Star but this one gets it. It is comfortable with a rather thick foam insole with tougher mesh on top of the foam, drains out all the water quickly, has very good lacing elastic cord with button adjuster, has good rubber sole traction, all shoe materials are good quality. Was a perfect fit for me which was snug on the sides and space from the end of shoe to my longest toe. My foot is size 10 1/2, shoe bottom sole is 11 1/2, removable insole is 11 1/4, my thong sandal is 11 1/2. I normally on a tennis shoe wear a size 10 1/2 or 11 depending on fit. I would not recommend this for hiking because not enough rubber sole thickness for rocks, etc. Might work in pinch but would feel the rough terrain. This is mainly good for kayaking or boat ramp put in or any other water sport or washing the car. The bottom sole has small round mounds with little hole in the middle, this might be for drilling a drain hole. I read that someone did this, but I don't see the need since they drain so well, plus sand might get into the hole. The shoe fabric mesh seems like it will keep out any sand.

Decent River Shoes
I took a chance on these and they are pretty decent water shoes for my application. My particular application is to kayak various rivers in the Ozarks. They have performed well thus far on two different floats. I only had to empty sand one time on each trip and that was due to walking in some pretty deep fines which included sand and small rock that ended up being close to ankle deep. So they did a great job keeping the sand and rocks out. These would be great shoes for a less-than-rugged environment. The soles are slightly thicker than the other cheap ones that these replaced. With all of that being said, I will keep looking for a shoe with a thicker sole. Rocky beds and gravel bars tend to be a little rough on the foot even with these soles. If they were to add only about 2mm more thickness, they may be excellent for a river shoe.Sizing for me is always challenging as I have a very wide and thick foot and nobody seems to make wide versions of water shoes. I wear a size 8.5 EEEE width. I ordered the Mens size 8.5 thinking it would be the correct length and stretchy enough to fit my foot. It's adequate in width and thickness as it is very stretchy and my foot just fits into it in that regard. I feel that the toe is a bit long as if it's actually just a size 9 or 9.5 in length. I think that if I ordered a size 8 I wouldn't be able to get my foot into it without ripping something but the length might be correct for me. Of course, this is not a normal challenge for most folks but I do think they run a little longer than specified for the men's sizes. In the end, I don't regret my purchase and would recommend them. Just be aware that if you're walking in a harsh rocky environment you're going to feel some discomfort. These are still more comfortable than many of the other cheaper water shoes that I've used, but of course, there are better shoes at higher price points. It all depends on your budget. This is a pretty good bang for the buck in my opinion.

Foot protection when swimming
I wasn’t sure about what size to order. I have a wide foot and water shoes typically run small soI ordered up one size. They are a little big. I feel they run true to size. Great sole grips, very comfortable, easily tightened and good quality. I bought red and they are bright red.

Very good quality shoes
The shoes are very good. It was the reviews from previous customers and online reviews that made me order the shoes, and they did not disappoint. In terms of shipping to Delhi, the product was late, and just when I was about to cancel, than the manufacturers advised that the shoes had been resent. I did get them within a week.

Sometime should be considered before u get this shoe
Quality is good but the thin sole is not suitable for walking on rocks especially for a long walk. Consider what is the propose for this shoe before you buy!
