Painless Performance 30206 Remote Disconnect Kit with Latching Solenoid

Awesome feature for any classic. Wired to a car I don’t drive much. With a push of a button can disconnect the battery without popping the hood. All wiring was more than enough and solenoid feels solid construction.

I originally got this because I needed a master kill switch so I could enter the Old School Rock Crawl competition. It works perfectly and was very easy to install. It works so well in fact, that I use it all the time to save my battery charge on my Jeep that doesn't get used for weeks at a time, and it fires with ease every time now (otherwise would be dead after 4-6 days of non-use). I bypassed the radio to use a direct feed from the battery and every works great. Painless Performance knows their stuff and stands behind their products. I would recommend this to anyone with the need.

Very nice so far. Have not used extensively. The latching style makes mounting inside and outside disconnect switches awesome. Just wire them in parallel. Much easier than running fat battery cables to 2 big disconnects.

Does exactly what I needed it to do , love the button, on/off..... super easy to install , will definitely buy again if needed..

Solved my parasitic drain problem in a Honda Odyssey. Easy to use. I had it professionally installed by a local audio sounds company.

Wish the kit would come with a switch. Surprised me it did not. Other than that, the product is great. I really like the products from this company.

Works fine even with regular water crossings.
