Rebirth: Warhammer 40,000

A bit of a disappointment
The book, like all of Kyme's Salamander works was solid and well-written, but the new characters in this story really feel inferior to the likes of Tsu'Gan and Da'Kir. What does make this a worthwhile read was Agatone's hunt for Tsu'Gan, but it was fairly small in comparison to the Salamander's war effort. I don't know if I can recommend it freely, but if you have read the original trilogy and are a loyal son of Vulkan give it a try. However, if this series isn't completed in the near future it will really be a waste.

Really not a good novel
Poorly paced, hard to feel empathy with many if not any of the characters. I have enjoyed a different novel by the author, so maybe it's a one-off bad one. But I regret paying for it and giving it as much time as I did.

Well done!
Another great tale of the DrakesThe structure of the novel guarantees fast paced reading. The chapters are all relatively short, hence, generating swift changes between the different scenarios of the story. The main characters are very well developed and differ clearly from each other through carefully highlighted character traits.Action loaded and intriguing continues the storyline of the Fire-Born.
