Promotes regularity without fail.

As I said in the subject, my dad used to drink this for digestive regularity, and he called it his "poopin' tea". When I recently began having some problems with bowel regularity, we remembered this, and ordered some. I would not say it is a miracle drug, but it does seem to help, as long as I drink it every day (I am a coffee person, not a tea person). The main advantage of this for me is that it is not harsh like chemical laxatives - Miralax works but just tears me up, and MoM doesn't seem to do much at all. I gave it a 3/5 for flavor, which is meaningless, since I am not a tea person, it doesn't have much taste that I can tell. I gave it 3/5 on value for money because it is definitely not cheap - my mother and I drink it every day, 2 bags each, and so we use a lot of it. As for the overall rating, I think people give out 5 stars too freely, but this is a solid 4/5.In summary, if you are having the same type of problems and are looking for something natural to help, I recommend this highly.

Really like cinnamon flavor the best , but couldn’t find it ..

Disappointed, I have had this tea before and it works great when it works. This pack I just bought needs to be stronger.....

I've been taking for ten years and this is the only one that's helps me detox the next day. Taste not good but it works for me.
