Bob's Red Mill Small Pearl Tapioca - 24 oz - 2 pk

I make this wonderful Tapioca in my crockpot! I love it if I'm going to be home most of the day. Turn crockpot to high and add 4 cups milk, 1-1/3 C sugar, 3/4 C tapioca pearls, and a dash of salt. Into the blender goes 2 cups milk, & 4 eggs. Blend starting on low and up to 8 for 1 minute. Add this into the milk in the crockpot and stir well. Leave it on high and check every half hour for 1-1/2 hours. Turn it to low and stir. Continue to check it, stirring well for the next hour or so. It seems like lots of work but it really isn't. Happy Tapioca!

I’ve made many batches of tapioca pudding and this is the very best tapioca. It was delivered in perfect condition and was much cheaper in a 2-pack. Will definitely purchase again!

Just use the recipe on the package. It’s easy, quick and delicious.
