The Kaya Mushroom Complex is great for my immune system. It also gives me energy and increases my ability to focus and concentrate.

Found this Mushroom product and found that it included 10 different mushroom extracts. The other brand is was buying was 120 caps for more money and only had 6 Mushroom blends. I feel great taking this supplement and my focus is on spot. I will continue buying this in the future.

I've been taking mushroom vitamins for about 5 yrs now and have tried different brands at different price points.These are a good bang for your buck shroom to add to your daily vitamins!!!If you've never taken mushroom vitamins you will either feel the affect in days or like me your body needs to adjust and build up tolerance which took about 2-4wk(185lb male)s.Now the effects!!...ok...besides them being an overall benefit to your health what it did help is my mood,sleep,and memory.My line of work takes a lot of focus and being very ADD this has helped me.Main thing I noticed is my mood now it's subtle at first but,effective and noticeable later that it calms my brain from running so much which helped my memory and speech.Words I knew but,couldn't spit them out from increased heart rate/stress brain scatter etc come more easily for me now.I would try this if you have ADHD or a stressful work place it's worth the try just be patient and take the proper dosage.Hope this helps!!

I must like this stuff because this is my second order. I ordered the large bottle this time because it’s a lot cheaper that way. It’s very fresh. As to whether it works or makes me feel any different, I kinda think it does but that’s so subtle that it’s, hard to say. I do believe it is healthy and I do believe I have made a little progress and feel better from taking it but like most things it’s not like night and day.

This product has given my wife a more energy, and she had a tingling and numbness in her fingers and could not close the tiny little systane eyedrop bottle because her fingers couldn't move to make that happen now she is able to and her tingling and numbness in her hands is going away. Thanks

love em. i went a few months without them to really see if i benefit from them or not and i do notice the difference. My mood, mental clarity, sleep schedule, it all went straight to hell. i just ordered them again yesterday and they will be here tomorrow and i will get back to being awesome.

I normally don't react poorly to adding in supplements, but I fortunately did with this product.I add in one thing at a time to test my reactions and this mushroom based product caused several issues for me.I usually eat a lot of different shrooms, but one of the ingredients caused a reaction, so no more for me until I find the culprit.
