Sodastream Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade (500ml)

I use Sodastream because I like a light level of carbonation not normally available in prepared beverages. Since I am on a diet I drink Diet beverages from the Sodastream selection. Some sirups are available locally but one of my very favorites - the Crystal light Peach Iced Tea Syrup - has to be procured in the big city or ordered. Since I have Prime with Amazon I tried ordering it from them - I found it was at a good price and delivered well. The syrup itself makes a lightly carbonated drink that I enjoy very much and - at less than 70 calories per liter - it does not damage my diet.

You'll find yourself pounding these things like they'll keep you awake. Unfortunately, once I'd invested in a Sodastream, extra of bottles, and many, many flavors, my doctor forbid them because of the carbonation and the sodium.Bummer!

I started drinking Crystal Light when it first came out, about 10-20 years ago, I do not remember exactly when. I loved nearly all the flavors, my favorite are the berry ones. Back then, they were in powder form, in a small tub container, to which you added water to make 2 quarts. Now the SodaStream really enhances the flavor. Carbonated Crystal Light is a delight. It is tasty, satisfies thirst, excellent for those like me who must watch their sugar intake. The SodaStream Crystal Light comes in liquid form. You add it to the carbonated water made from your SodaStream carbonation machine. But the biggest advantage is that one does not have to lug home cans and bottles of soda. I recommend this to anyone who would like the qualities I've mentioned.

I've eliminated commercial soda from my diet because of the aspartame. It is part of a pain management program. Well, I don't really care of soda stream diet cola soda flavors but I do like this flavor. Since the caffeine is double the caffeine in commercial soda, I've been mixing this Energy Drink Syrup with other diet soda stream flavors and it is awesome! I combine this with fruit punch, cranberry / raspberry and pink grapefruit. It tastes so good and I don't have caffeine cravings. Plus I can control just how much I want to use.I would suggest mixing flavors to see what combinations you can come up with that tastes good. I have another one that I'll write more later when I review the other product.

Great product. If you are used to diet drinks, then you won't notice the after-taste. But there is an after-taste on these SodaStream diet drinks. Same after-taste that you get in diet sodas out a machine. Some people object to it. Other people love it.Otherwise it tastes great. The nice thing is that you can make your drink as strong as you like it. However, the stronger that you make it, the more you will taste that after-taste.I haven't noticed any of the non-diet drinks having any after-taste.Now to the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars. It's cheaper at Walmart. Under $5 there.

This is my favorite flavor soda stream syrup- no calories, great tart flavor and it gives me the perfect amount of buzz for when it's too late in the day for coffee. I go to school for 3 hours after working full time and this stuff keeps me going.

It must be the additives to make this an energy drink but it does not taste like the Crystal Light strawberry drink powder I have used. It is not a bad taste but it has something in it that changes the taste that makes it not my first choice. I may try the powder in the sodastream bottle to see if it works if i am in the mood for strawberry.

Yum. Crystal light flavors ready for my soda stream? Yes please! And more! I love this flavor. I had just been mixing crystal light in a bit of water before pouring it into my sodastream. But this stuff was made to be poured into carbonated water, so it works so much better. Just wish they had more flavors. We need Raspberry Ice Sodastream flavor! Then I'd really be addicted. Maybe that's not such a good idea after all... haha

Love this stuff. I don't even bother with carbonation, I just add it to flat water. Be careful of stains.

Good taste

4 stars if you add less than the recommended amount of syrup. The artificial sugary taste is strong but refreshing flavor if you go easy on it.

Do not bother, they are all packed with nasty chemicals and have horrible smells. Go to any coffee shop and buy their natural fruit syrups at a fraction of the cost and taste to amaze you.

It's a very tasty fruit punch. I like it a lot.
