If your cat likes catnip, there's a good chance they'll also love silvervine. I have one little cat who loves to bite and chew, and another cat who only likes to bite and chew when he smells these. They're fantastic to supplement dental health in cats, and don't splinter where they'll cause injury.Just a small knife to scrape some of the bark off of one spot will release the natural scent of the silvervine and get kitty's attention. It only takes a small spot, and they go wild, chewing, tossing and biting these. Add in the bonus of thickness - unlike other brands I've purchased, these are thick and sturdy enough that the lads aren't chewing through them too fast. Paired with the low cost, it makes for a great budget fit... especially with one of my cats having special needs that require a lot more focus for enrichment.I still have a lot left, as these silvervine sticks last a long time and hold up well to powerful crunchers. They offer up enough resistance to be satisfying for extended chewing sessions. Whether it's teething or stress relief, these work well for the felines. Smell didn't attract my cat past an hour. I'm wondering if they are lightly sprayed with a substance that dissipates quickly. I wondered why they came in packs of 30. My cat isn't chewing on them either so they're just attracting dust in the floor where they sit. My thinking is if it's silvervine and it's like catnip (Package says 2x stronger than catnip), my cat would be playing a lot and chewing on them. Lot# is 06262023 which seems to me to be a date. It's now 10/30/2024. It's basically a year and a half old or technically a year and one third years old. Is that old for them? Who knows.

So, I was hoping my cats would like these more, but they lost interest fairly quickly. But maybe other cats are more sensitive to them, and will enjoy them more than mine.

Purchased these for my kittens. They love ❤️ to chew and bite on everything including me. They will chew on them for awhile. I believe a little catnip on them would entice them more. Now the dog loves them and chews them to pieces.

I have purchased these many times. The price is great! My cats LOVE them. They last long enough that I don’t go through them all the time but my cats love them so much that we do purchase them every couple of months!

My cats typically go crazy for catnip. I was hoping to get this as a dental toy. They rolled around with the sticks for a bout 5 minutes and then lost interest. Didn’t even try to bite on these.

When I receive a pack, I opened it up and dumped the entire pile in a corner . And my cats visit that pile daily to roll and chew on the sticks. They love it. I’ve ordered these twice. I’ll be ordering them on a regular basis.
