Great Pan
I love this pan. Non stick works well. Kids love drop scones and I can get several on the pan at once. Like wise, fried eggs - did 5 in one hit. Brilliant on the centre wok ring. Would absolutely recommend.

Base warped - unsuitable for Ceramic Hob
The pan appears to be fairly nicely finished. However, use on a ceramic hob requires good thermal contact between the pan base and the ceramic, in order for heat to transfer properly to the pan. Otherwise the ceramic overheats and the element cycles on and off, meaning the pan doesn't heat up fully. This pan arrived, brand new, with the base warped upwards in the middle by around a millimeter, meaning good contact is only made in a thin ring around the edge. I therefore have to rate it as wholly unsuitable for ceramic, despite the labelling otherwise. Returned for refund.Picture is of the pan base, with a rule across it.
