Ordered 18th May; advised new stock due 19th, received 21st - Brilliant. First work out today & really useful, wide-ranging set of exercises possible with this kit. Have been home exercising since the start of lockdown, basing my workout on things done previously at the gym but started to feel that I was missing some areas with what I had so ordered these.To keep things simple on day one, just used the 25lb string for a whole range of work, largely different to what I've been able to do so far. The kit has added considerable variety to my work out options and, if we ever get to travel again, will be easily accommodated in my luggage.Comes with an A5 sheet of instructions/exercises to provide a whole body workout, which is great. However, on the downside and my reason for only awarding a four star is there's so much crammed onto one side that the clarity suffers. Would be far better either going to A4, which may be cheaper to print, or double siding the A5. I was fortunate since the exercises are similar to those which I do at the gym with static equipment so I had a working idea. If you were a complete novice, there could be a significant degree of trial and error and with that, the possibility of injury.

I ordered these resistance bands with handles couple of weeks ago and they arrived very quickly, much quicker than what I expected considering the delivery situation right now. I am glad I ordered from this UK seller. We have some weights home but these resistance bands are definitely a fantastic aid to fitness. Very versatile and easy use, perfect for our lockdown life. Stores very compact in their own bag does't take any space. No smell when first opened so happy with its quality.The door anchor was the major reason why I purchased these bands and it works brilliantly. I also like the fact that these bands have a carabiners which means you can attach more than 1 band if needed,. Its perfect for myself and my partner's training. We use them in conjunction with the free weights to add additional tension. Highly recommended.

Really fast delivery I recieved within two days. I Decided to start exercising regularly during lockdown as I couldnt get to the gym. I Didn't want to spend money on expensive weight equipment, so after a little research I opted for these resistance bands.The quality is great and feels good. There is a handy bag to store everything away in when not in useThe best part was when I started using them my teenage son joined in so he is using them also as he is used to training at least five times per week and he is loving them so easy to use, so thumbs up from all the family

So, I've just received my parcel. I ordered on the 2nd May, and it says it wouldnt deliver until 13th-16th May, and its the 6th now which is so extremely pleased about! They seem really good, will definitely be doing an upper body workout today to try them out. I'm so happy

Do not buy, stitching tore on one ankle strap the second day. One of the handle straps stitching broke within a week. The blue band snapped after 10 days of use. Keep in mind there was no strenuous use whatsoever!
