The first time this item arrived it was broken into small pieces!! After a lot of time spent on the site I could not find a way of returning it or, indeed, advising you that it was, in fact, broken.As I needed it by a certain date for my granddaughter's birthday, I felt the only option was to buy another one!! This meant that I had to pay double the price.i wasn't very happy about this as you can, I hope, understand.
