is it durable?
I am afraid to buy this item. it seems that a 150 lb max is pretty light. welder alone is 88 lb's without a spool of wire. how does this hold up?

Great Cabinet!
Great cabinet once you make some modifications with a dremel to get the top draw to latch properly which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I like that I'm able to keep my welding helmet and all my welding tools all in one place! It handles the weight of my Hobart mig welder, gas tank, and welding accessories with no problem. I would definitely recommend this product.

Husband loved it. Works perfect with his welder and assessories. It was shipped with most of it put together except wheels and handle - Even better. Less chance of missing parts or not lining up correctly during essemble. Not that this has ever happened to anyone. HaHa - seriously product was very nice.

Mangled
This came via UPS and the box was upside down, no lid (or in my case a bottom) on it and the inside was full of tiny styrofoam particles which clung to my everything in the shop and upon taking it out, all corners were smashed in, drawers wouldn't open and I sent it back the exact same way as I got it minus 5 lbs of styrofoam which is still in my garage.

Terrible packaging. Item arrived open and upside down with the top slightly damaged. 3 of 4 drawer pulls were broken. I managed to reshape the damage and ordered replacement pulls with the discount that Northern tool gave me. Cabinet is great for it's purpose and is good quality.

I am happy with how sturdy it seems
Seems well built. I knocked it down because of the packaging. The box had no straps so the top slid right off. The cabinet was bent along the front vertical side (easily corrected with a large adjustable wrench). One of the drawers was jammed forcing me to take the top off to correct. Outside of that, I am happy with how sturdy it seems. I like the storage and it moves around the shop easily. Assembly went smoothly.

Good Cabinet
Looks to be pretty good, I have the Hobart 210 mvp wire welder on it. Like the drawers for keeping all your ips and wire together.
