This stuff is Amazing - just like any job; prep before you start the job!!! Clean the area ; sweep with a broom ; pull out any debris ; blow off with a leaf blower then , fill any deep areas with sand and or Backer Rod . The fact that this stuff is truely “ Self Leveling “ makes it a breeze to use . Use and Begin with Patience; all you have to do is hold the Caulking gun as it releases slow . Key is keep a very clean & Happy workspace ; keep a sweat cloth ; some wet paper towels and or roll of paper towels with a small bucket of water handy to immediately clean up any accidental spills . Love this product! Very pleased with the result. I’ve used it in several places now, including replacing the mastic around the pool deck. I will say it was packaged poorly, which caused damage to the nozzles on the tubes. All were bent upon opening the box, but I was able to straighten and make work.

Sika is the only brand that had the color shade I needed, and the self leveling was very effective in filling very skinny cracks in garage floor. The tube requires an extra large caulking gun that I do not have. So I was able to push it out of the tube from the bottom with my hand given the lighter weight liquid consistency. Very pleased with the result. Dry time is definitely 24 hours before a car can drive over it.

This product is not for sealing vertical cracks and joints, horizontal only. I have a few wide gaps between slabs in my driveway and I was told that could undermine it and cause it to sink. I got some sand and filled in the gaps, leaving a half inch depth at the top. You put this stuff in your caulking gun and then basically just pour it in. It's a little thicker than honey and it will flow and fill in the area so you don't need to be as precise as with regular caulk. Just move along, allowing the caulk to ooze out as you go. It is self leveling and self sealing because it flows and makes contact with all the sides. It is supposed to remain stretchy and keep the water out for a long time. I can't say anything about that because I only just applied it but it has dried to a rubbery consistency and it looks great.

I have used this already in sealing cracks between my house and sidewalk, also on concrete steps; flows very nicely making it easy to get a nice caulking line. Then it is self-leveling, so it melds into an even better looking seam. I hope that it holds up well. I had to order more, and when it arrived each tube was separated wrapped in plastic in case it leaked, thank you! that is a thoughtful addition.

I am very disappointed with this Pro Select Silca self-leveling sealant. I just opened the tube for the first time, cut the tip, and attempted to use it, but nothing would come out. The sealant appears to be dried up or hardened inside the tube, making the product completely unusable right out of the package. This was my first time using the product, so it was not due to improper storage or an old, previously opened tube. Unfortunately, I discovered the issue only when I was ready to start my project, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product due to the quality issue I encountered. I expected a usable sealant, but instead received what appears to be a dried-out tube.

This stuff is the business! The neatest expansion joints you’ll ever see, and all without any tape or tooling. It’s a bit pricey, that’s for sure. And you’ll need an American sized 29oz caulk gun, but just wow. So easy to use.

This stuff was better than I thought it would be! I actually didn't use it for concrete I used it in between two layers of mahogany trim on the hull of a 12 foot fiberglass boat. Outside of the fact it took three days to cure enough to sand it is the exact result I was looking for. There were a couple places where the wood trim was damaged underneath and it leaked down the side of the hull, Where I was able to see it it cleaned up nicely with water and a rag where I didn't see it and it cured It was more difficult to remove I was able to do it with a razor blade. I havent finidhed yet to show the final result / Update The product hardened up nice and was easy to sand (didnt even clog the paper. Only issue the Epoxy Did NOT cover this product It Pooled up and cured in a sporatic patern. I would still buy again... it would be nice if I could figure out why the epoxy would not cover and fix that..

This product is so much better than my highest expectations despite my high regard for Sika products. It is so forgiving to work with and literally gives one so much time to make corrections. The reason being it only skins much later than one would expect. Quite extraordinary.
