Razor wire for mice
I cannot imagine this NOT working. It's like micro razor wire. It tucks well around pipes and into holes and stays put with a little jamming power. I will report back in a few months. BTW I highly recommend a UV flashlight to track down the mouse trails. It makes mouse urine glow yellow so it is easy to tell if a hole is being used. Be sure to wear the gloves that they provide, obviously.

It didn't keep out rats
It was okay; however, we were dealing with rats. We placed this around some pipes outside and they would just pull this stuff out and come on in. We finally had to use steel plates to do the job we needed. I recommend this particular product for mice only.

Tough stuff!
Used it, but haven't seen the outcome. Winter is coming, it's the tell-tale of this product. It seems as though its gonna do the job though. So far so good.
