Order larger than normal
I’m size in between large and extra large in shirts. I ordered a 2x waist trainer, and I couldn’t even connect the 2 ends together to zip it up. I didn’t use their size chart, but I’ll order again once I do that.

Very good product!
I like that it zips and wraps. It is a little longer than I thought it would be. Sometimes it can be a little uncomfortable at the top but it works really well. I'm seeing good results from wearing it.

Says it's long but it's short size is way to small so size up 4 sizes
