I got this chair for my daughter she does hair, the chair she already had was tilting over and she pretty much needed a new one, it wasn't much to fixing it up, it came with self explanatory pictures of how to put it together, once me and my fiance got it up, we tested it out and its really sturdy, and comfortable, it says it holds up to 400 lbs i believe and its holding up pretty nice, no complaints from her clients, or her, it raises up and down with no problems, all and all its a really nice chair, she is very satisfied

Does not turn around easily! Does not pump up with client in the chair. Don’t like the hydraulics or the way the back of chair leans back some. I will not purchase this chair again. I think the back will not hold up long. Assembled fairly easily. The hydraulic doesn’t work right. You should pump down with your foot to make the chair go up, but instead you have to pull up on the foot hydraulic to make the chair go up. It is backwards.

I have been looking at chairs for a month or so, reading reviews and so forth. I finally settled on these for my two person studio salon. They seem to be stable and are comfortable. I do like the look of them, nothing too fancy or bulky (my last chairs were very bulky and tough to move for cleaning). They were relatively easy to assemble, the directions were very non descriptive and just pictures. But we powered through and got them done. I would say the foot rest is a little flimsy so please be sure folks are not stepping on it and placing all their weight on it, just use it as a foot rest. I am going to have to be sure my kid clients don’t step onto it and pull the chair forward with them. They swivel pretty well and lock when the pump is pushed up. I hope they turn out to be a good addition to the salon.

looks and feels very firm , soft to whoever sits on it . She is very pretty after having assembled her.

Awesome chair - been cutting hair for 20 years & the quality of this chair for the money is amazing. Don’t hesitate to purchase!! The seat is nice & wide, great foot rest. Not to mention the sleek hardware on the sides of the chair. Makes just enough of a statement. Very satisfied.

It was great for the time being but slowly started to lean back like a shampoo chair which caused my clients’ necks to hurt. The chair is wobbly and unstable but hydraulics are great.
