I'm a musician who plays for tips...this signage has increased tip income by over 60% a very good investment....drawbacks....the design of the remote that is used to program is confused. the instructions need to be viewed through a microscope.

Sign was absolute garbage
Was hoping for what I paid that it would be a good product. It first arrived with no power supply as advertised. Once I jumped through all the sellers hoops a power supply was sent. I power the sign up and it ran for a minute and died. The seller refuses to refund my purchase price and wants me to send additional video of the sign. Its a dead sign. I am not certain how many videos of a powerless sign one needs. It appears as if I fell for the seller trying to run the clock out on the amount of time allowed for a return. In the return details it stated it would be denied if the item is not received in operable condition. Amazon a to z guarantee was no help at all. Buyer beware.

It is hard to program even with magnifying glass couldn’t read print was so small
