Great size pack
Perfect size pack for everything from a 72 hour kit to a day hike. I just wish it was compatible with a camelback, but I can't hold the seller responsible for that since the description doesn't say it's compatible.

Works for 30lb rucking plate(s)
I recently joined the nation-wide, free men's workout group: F3 Nation. In my area one of the regular events hosted is a rucking event (walking, jogging, or HIIT workout with a weighted pack). Instead of dropping $250 on a GoRuck pack + weight I grabbed a weighted plate on Amazon for $30, plus this $30 backpack.+ I believe this is a 24L backpack.+ There is a compartment for a 2L water bladder (not included)+ Thank you for the nice 4'x2' USA flag patch included!!+ Lots of straps to cinch this narrow so that the weighted plate won't shift around much. Ideally a 17L-20L pack would be better for my needs, but it's difficult to find them with chest strap AND waist strap.+ Speaking of which, the chest strap is a good width and seems to hold well; and the same goes for the waist strap.+ There is plenty of length on both straps for those with more up top or more in the belly.+ There is also a nice handle on the top that feels wonderfully sturdy when first lifting the 30lb backpack up to put it on or take it off.-- Compared to some other packs I checked out I wish this had straps on the bottom. There are some loops that if I can find my own strap & ring, I could loop it through the two bottom loops and cinch it tight to the middle of the pack on one of the other loops/rings .> The other thing is the plastic pieces versus metal. The plastic rings are thick and wider than metal rings...I just hope they'll last.-- Grey is NOT grey, it is clearly green.OVERALL: This pack I've taken out a couple of 1hr hikes with the 30lb plate. Did some burpies in the river with the pack+plate and hiked back out. It seems like this will hold up well for $30.

Not bad!
Self-confessed backpack nerd here. I compare this to my earlier Maxpedition Sitka and Malaga. The removable strips had this easily configured as a sling pack in the first five minutes I had it in hand. I spent a few more minutes binding loose strapping and was pleased to see that the four side straps had elastic loop around them for binding slack. The two smaller pouches had some small organizer pouches that appeared cheaply made but were useful for storing some small first aid items and a multi tool. This will be my EDC work bag and needs to carry tourniquets and compression bandages. It handled all of it well.Another reviewer expressed a dislike of the main hole zippers going all the way down both sides - I found it actually made loading the bag easier. I was concerned the main hold would be inadequate for my needs, but after opening it all of the way I was easily able to load in a full size binder and inter-office envelopes with room to spare. The Y strap along the front is removable at the top - but the bottom strap is sewn in place. I had intended to put a reflective patch on the hook/loop panel along the top pocket, but it is near completely obscured by the top portion of the Y strap. Even if removed, the bottom will be there dangling. This is just initial impressions and I’ll update should anything else arise.Overall solid recommend at this time. It is replacing a larger and more expensive Oakley bag that just didn’t hold up well.

Great bag, terrible straps
I really like this bag very much. It is exactly the size and durability I was hoping for but misses 'perfect for my needs' by just thaaaaat much.First the good:- very durable. Have only been using it for a couple of months, but it seems pretty tough. No broken zippers or torn seams.- plenty of pockets/compartments. My iPad Air (with Logitech keyboard case) fits perfectly in the tablet pocket, and there is room for all the various and sundry things I like to carry with me.- overall look. The color is weird, not really green and not really gray, but I like it a lot (see attached photo).- overall size. Not too big, not too small. Baby bear would have liked this bag.Now the BAD:- the top of the straps are terrible. Whoever came up with this design really dropped the ball. The D-rings at the top of the straps quickly become uncomfortable and bite into my shoulders (see attached photo). Even if I pull the strap up as far as possible, this nuisance persists. I do not like this design at all!Other than the shoulder strap issue, this is a great bag. But because of this one problem, I would not buy this bag again.Grace and peace, E

Perfect Size
Just the right size for volunteer first responder/first aid. Plenty of room and pockets to keep things organized.

Very well put together
Good fabric, strong zippers that open and close easily.

Updated 6/12/21. Great bag but the color grey looks more like green
Update.I have now received a black colored bag (delayed on my part but the company still provided a new color).I have used this (green colored) bag everyday for work. It carries all of my EDC stuff with room to spare. I have tossed the bag around my office, vehicles and the bag has held up nicely. The zippers are still working with no issues and the straps have stayed tight and in place.Overall the bag is a good replacement for my last bag. My previous bag had one extra pocket for concealment of a holster. It is a little smaller than expected but it works. My biggest complaint is that I ordered a grey colored bag but I received a green tint colored bag. If this is the their color grey, then I recommend a black colored bag instead of this “grey” one.If that color issue is corrected then I could see adding another star. As far as the quality, I feel it will hold up with no problem but let’s see if it will hold up after a few months.
