This is what I use to make the first cup of coffee for my wife and me. Easy to use, and because the black plastic doesn't go all the way to the rim, it's easy to clean. Some folks complain about the glass breaking, but I believe they try to take it apart to clean. I don't believe it's designed for the glass to be removed. We wash it by hand and set it out to dry. Easy.

We had a French Press Coffee pot and the glass part got broken in an accident. This replacement is the perfect choice. We use it for making tea.

I made my first cup of coffee this morning using the press and it came out great! The mechanism works very smoothly and the handle stays cool unlike some metal ones I’ve used in the past. Pouring action was great and no spillage. If you’re looking for a french press, you’ve found it!

Easy for all ways.When I serve the coffee, I don’t see “coffee mud” as much as the old one.

When the product arrived the glass was not broken but the plastic lid was. I was very disappointed to see that it was cracked all around the metal stick that pushes the press down. Bad investment, too much hassle to return it.The box was perfectly fine so I suspect it was shipped this way.Not worth your money.

While I was not delighted with my first two pits, the grind of the coffee makes all the difference.
