Lock and load!
I attach a Baby Boom XL to my bike top tube while road cycling. Gave up on the pedestrian bell years ago since most stop paying attention due to ear buds, cell phone and other distractions. However, when pedestrians hear classic rock approaching from their backside, that gets their attention! Some erupt into a dance. These straps were just the right length to wrap around the Bluetooth speaker and top tube. Rock on!

Perfect for Huge Head Jobs
I mean head tubes. Brings my headlight down off my handlebars where I find it intrusive. Wish I had seen these years ago. Also useful for mounting rear light around the expansive flare where seat tube meets top tube.
