Impossible to assemble according to the video instructions, written instructions are indecipherable. Ready to toss, stay away!Edit: my bad! Took another shot and all is well. Missed a step.

We love these! We bought two sets of tracks for our bedroom. One has blackout curtains and the other has sheers. Set up and installation was super easy. I was impatient when they came and ended up installing them myself instead of waiting for my husband.The remote worked right out of the box, but I used the Smart Life app to set up various schedules for morning/night and weekdays/weekends the curtains to open/close based on our needs.These look very elegant, and definitely elevate our bedroom to "boutique hotel" status lol. Highly recommend these smart curtain tracks.

You’ll need a bit of time to put it together. Watch out if you’re installing in concrete, you’ll have to find Tapcons with flat head and maybe expand the hole in the mounting clips a bit. Very smooth operation. Installed them in my entire condo, the only issue was to find nice drapery panels and hooks to install them. I recommend to find drapery panels with pleating tape included, and pleating hooks with normal neck. You’ll love them.

Seller sent a defective product with bad motor where it doesn’t connect/pair to USB and when returned, having to contact seller many many times for refund and still haven’t received refund. Difficult seller to deal with and beware of discovering defects after install.

Found a couple videos on YouTube and watched before attempting to assemble. Made the instructions alot easier to understand. I did the ceiling install pulling the curtains one way. Takes two people to hold up while attaching to clips. Runs really smooth.

I found the product instructions difficult to follow. After getting it installed, I eventually got it to connect online for use with smart home devices. Unfortunately something is reversed so when I say “open curtain” it closes and the opposite. It’s been frustrating to say the least, but it does work, so I’m taking it as a win for now.

I would actually give this product a 4.5 rating. The quality seems very good. The ease of assembly is also very good. Everything fits nice and it is easy to assemble. You are also given two different mounting options, wall or ceiling. Motor assembly seems very good and solid. I have done a test run of the system before installing and everything worked well and as expected. I will be doing a final install onto my wall today.The only negative thing about this unit is the instructions. They are not very clear in my opinion. They caused me to cut the drive belt too short. So better instructions would be a great thing. So if you buy it cut the belt 1 - 2 CM longer than the instructions tell you.A bonus item for me is the motor has an RJ45 connection which allows for external remote control of the system. I plan to make an automated control to run open and close the curtain based on summer and winter, sunny and cloudy days. That will help with heating and cooling cost.So would I recommend this product, yes. Would I buy it again, yes, and I plan to for my patio door.
