NOTHING NEW HERE
Every track comes from one of his two previous Christmas albums, both of which I already owned. I was very disappointed for that reason. Usually albums like this are labeled with something like "contains previously released material'. This one only explains it once you purchase and open the box. That being said, its a nice disk if you don't already own the material from earlier releases.

Steven Curtis Chapman and hymns for Christmas - how much better can it get? Even thought these recordings are included in other albums, I like having and additional one where they are all collected together.

I was hoping for some simple Christmas music instead of the special, unique, own twist that this Chapman fellow put on it. Wouldn't it be nice to listen to Christmas Carols that emphasize the reason for the season rather than the person singing the carol?
