I've had this drill for a couple of years now and am very impressed indeed with both quality and performance. It's light enough to be easily used one-handed on work that's only just within reach. It's comfortable to handle and all the controls (gear selection, trigger action, torque setting, selection of drill vs hammer vs screw) work positively and effectively. The 13mm chuck is rugged and the locking action is powerful and effective. The hammer action is much stronger than expected, to the extent that I often use this drill rather than one of my other much larger and more powerful drills for drilling in masonry. The little LED on the front is extremely useful in low light conditions. For a kit consisting of drill plus 2 batteries and charger it's a real bargain - great quality for the price. In addition the batteries also fit my much larger, more powerful and now quite ancient Ryobi drill and vice versa - and of course the same charger works for all these batteries.

Very nice for work around the house and garden. Probable not for a builder or heavy use.

Ryobi have produced a neat and tidy easy to use drill. It has a good power base with two easily attached and removed batteries. Would be happy to recommend.
