Almost two months ago now, I decided to jump on the essential oil diffuser bandwagon. I studied all the brands for a good entry-level diffuser and decided upon this one. I am happy to say that this time, I made the right decision.The diffuser itself isn't much different from many others currently on the market. It has two mist settings (a 3 hour and a longer 4-5 hour cycle), and it has a wonderful variety of LED light colors (or no light at all) to choose from, depending upon your preferences. It has a 100ml tank capacity which does seem to last about 4.5 hours on the longer cycle, and the mist output is great--it scents up my bedroom nicely and even reaches down the hall into my kitchen area. It was easy to set up--just plug in the power adapter, fill with water and your chosen drops of essential oils, put the top on, push the button, and there you go. Cleaning the unit is also simple--just follow the provided instructions.Here's what sets this diffuser apart from the others: the seller, HarborDirect. About 5 weeks after I began using this diffuser, I began to have some of the problems that other reviewers have mentioned. The top of the unit became difficult to put on and remove (for some reason it wasn't wanting to seat itself in the docking port screw-on sections, despite my best efforts to make it work), and the unit began to shut itself off while the water tank was still half full (this was on the longer 4-5 hour cycle, which shouldn't have been happening). I contacted the seller with my concerns and received a prompt email offering some troubleshooting tips. After going through the tips and having no luck with the unit, I replied to the seller that it still wouldn't work. They offered to replace my unit, and let me tell you, they didn't waste any time--my replacement arrived just a few days later and appears to be functioning wonderfully. I can say that this has been one of the better experiences I've had with a marketplace seller on Amazon. Thanks, HarborDirect!So, overall, this is a good essential oil diffuser for someone who is new to this diffusing business, and the customer service is fantastic. I will be bringing my business to HarborDirect again in the future.***UPDATE 7/6/2016*** Three months (and a little change) later, my replacement diffuser still runs like a top. The lettering has rubbed off of the base, but that's the only issue (which isn't really an issue for me) I've encountered. It performs just as well today as it did freshly out of the box, so I'm still a happy camper and would recommend this little dude to anyone who's looking for a sound smaller diffuser.

Bought min in 2020 and used it at least once a month. The packaging it was received in was nice and kept the product safe. The dial was Ray to set. I used it with separately purchased wax (the same kind proposed) with no issues. It finally died today- 5 years later. RIP wax machine- thanks for all of your hair removal!

Easy to use. Lots of mood colors. I usually skip mood lighting. Saves essential oil vs a nebulizer while still making great scented mist. Mist is very fine. Only one speed setting. Wish the water talk were a bit bigger. Runs for at least 3 hours. Maybe 5 or 6? It will be great for travel. Lightweight. I love it!UPDATE: I really love it. It doesn't get dirty so maintenance is easy. If you press the mood lighting button once, it actually cycles through lots of beautiful colors. Or you can just pick one, or none. This might be good for meditation! I turn it on before bed with some lavender oil and frankincense and it helps me relax and get ready for sleep. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. I have electric heating in winter and must use humidifiers.The humidifiers from Honeywell are high maintenance. I've been through so many models. I'm probably going to replace them with a larger Seneo model with the extra bonus that I can add a few drops of essential oil.UPDATE Oct 5, 2016 Still love it but the print on the side came off when it came in contact with EO. No big thing but also you can't adjust how much vapor comes out.UPDATE: THE CLOSING MECHANISM IS A PAIN. I DONT SNAP THE TOP IN PLACE ANYMORE BC IT GETS JAMMED. I CAN STILL USE IT IF I PUSH THE TOP DOWN WITHOUT SCREWING AND TURNING TO LOCK. Did you have to be careful because this weekend cosmos you weeks if you don't push down on the way. Either way I'm not going back to horrible humidifiers that are difficult to clean it have to be cleaned all the time or require lots of expensive filters that get yellow and crusty.

Ok so I just got out of beauty school so Ik how to wax. I bought this. When it arrived (which came really early) it was leaking everywhere. I seen some other reviews that theirs came leaking too. Didn’t bother me honestly. But for the whole price eh I’d expect to come in good condition! Cleaned the pot and tried it, very easy to use! I have thin hair and the wax beads were fine. I’ve tried bad beads before. But I recommend to invest in better wax for thick corse hair! I’ll definitely update if it still works in a month or so because I’ve seen others say there breaks.

Originally I started using the wax beads that came in this set, but eventually I switched to more "professional" beads that were more effective, but these still work. I like that it came with a pre and post wax solution to help dry out the area to improve the wax and soothe it afterwards. The temperature is a bit touchy, it'll take some trial and error for different kinds of wax to melt. You want it to be a thick hair gel type of droopiness, not syrupy or it will be too hot. I prefer thicker sticks as they get more wax for bigger areas, but the small ones work for small areas like face etc. Overall, love the heater but recommend better grade wax.

She uses it often and it works like a charm.
