Profession grade, yet affordable.
After searching for a well-made, sturdy brief case that wouldn't break the bank, I was delighted to find this brand name (Samsonite) case. It looks professional and elegant, with its timeless design. I was really sold on the interior filing system that makes this more like a portable office than just a folio for paperwork. It holds a 17" laptop with room to spare while still compact and a manageable size.

Samsonite Bonded Leather Attache
I gave this Attache a 5 star rating. I read numerous reviews before purchasing this item. Many were negative such as latches not easy to operate, cheap leather, expansion tabs to delicate. But I am a mobile notary and this case gets used every day. It is my second most important tool for my business. It is lighter than the one that someone else decided they needed more than me. Sure the latches are a little fussy when you expand it and have it full as you have to make sure the top is properly aligned when you close them. But it has pockets for my stamp, and stapler. The storage for my ledger/journal and the other notary papers is more than adequate. The only draw back I have with it would be that it would be nice if it was 1 inch thicker. Many of the documents now for loans are huge. My first personal loan was three pages, now we are up to 150 pages so with two copies it makes for a rater full case. I have used it for over a month now with no wear signs and if it is anything like the Samsonite that I purchased in 1972 and still use it will serve me well.
