Yes, it is a complete set of 2 woofers and 2 tweeters. The crossovers are built into the woofers so there will be no crossover to have to worry about mounting as well.

Hey guys, one simple question, do I need an amplifier for the Rockford Fosgate P165-S 6.5" ? I am about to buy ones I neeed to confirm that.

For better sound you should power these with at least 50w/Ch RMS, you can send 35 to woofer 15 to tweets. Im not sure how much W/Ch your Head unit puts out??? But this way you can crank them w/o distorting them.
