Couldn’t get these connected to the internet at all. The email address given was wrong so therefore I could not get any help at all. Yes we are on 2.4 and my tech savvy son as well as me tried everything we could think of to no avail even though the reviews were good. However on the app 30 people said they could’nt connect. Very disappointed.

The setup was a bit annoying because although it's made by Broadlink, these bulbs have to use a proprietary software (Magic Home) which adds to the other 1000s I have for smart devices. Its can be tricky only when setting up the first device on the app, then it will easily add any other compatible device.It's quite bright when set to white, but not so much when setting to coloured.So, all in all, it's working and although sometimes it goes offline and I have to wait a few seconds more for it to 'wake up', they still work well but just not brilliantly (no pun intended). For the price they are being sold, they are worth it.

As with many of the cheaper wifi bulbs these do not work on 5g wifi an unless you can adjust your wifi to 2.4ghz (an lets face it who wants too) then they are not compatible an will not work!

I love everything about this light bulb only it will not connect to a 5g connection. It worked perfectly but when moving house and trying to reset the bulb to a new connection, it would not work. As far as I know our WiFi is not 5g but it is not letting me set up the bulb and saying it may be because of the strength of our Internet.Other wise when working its easy to set up and can be controlled by phone or voice command with alexa.

Easy to set up, and works with alexa well.You do need to download the app first to you smart phone or tabletNot as bright as I thought they would be but that's just me not picking the brighter optionNot had them long so can't comment on how long they last

The twin pack of bulbs I got were a great value for money. They are working well with the echo dot I use. The white brightness is very good but any colour chosen the brightness drops off.

Have had other smart bulbs... thissss just doesn’t get very bright; and white light is quite yellow 🙄Also besides on/off - it doesn’t work well with Alexa

Good size and power rated bulbs. They do emit high frequency noise which you won't notice but your DAB radio just might.
