Pain in the butt
We've been struggling with this printer for 8 months, most of the trouble in the beginning was the right kind of paper. Now I'm having difficulty with my posters skewing. Turns out, though all of this, I was missing a piece. As in we didn't get it at all in the box. Of course upon viewing the spindle the first time, I thought it was strange. But what did I really know? Not a thing. I couldn't find a detailed thing that named the parts as I thought it should, nor could I find where it should say the roll's size limit.I had to find out through HP's customer support. And now I have to buy an additional piece to the spindle. This thing is ridiculous. And, overall, I hate it.When it works, it prints beautifully. When it works.I had no idea what I was getting into and this hasn't been helpful.

Worth the purchase
Really glad that I pulled the trigger and bought this plotter. The review feature of the print driver is a time and paper saver. I chose this one over others because of its ability to use various types of media.

great value for your money but the printer photo quality is a little low, it print light in some areas while nice in other areas.

Good value for the money
It’s a good printer, little slow but print good quality drawings. Doesn’t support printing over email options. Just Ofer WiFi when you are in close proximity to a printer.Good value for the money.

A very good option for casual to constant printing needs, i cam even print stickers with great results
