I purchased this after seeing multiple ads online for this type of exercise assist. I needed this, and found this one on Amazon for a fraction of the cost of others being advertised. This is extremely easy to use and it really does help with stretching if you have limited mobility of some limbs! Great buy.

It's a bit of a pain to get everything setup with your foot and the velcro, but seems to work well. Then it's a process to switch feet. Would work easier if you have someone to help you.

The strap is very strong and durable. It's easy to put on the foot portion using the velcro tabs. I then pull on the straps until my foot is bending backwards and the bottom of my foot gets a good stretch. This is the best product I've used to help ease the pain from plantar fasciitis.

The product did come with all the pieces listed, however there was not a card with streches/exercises. Which is fine, because I have specific exercises from my physical therapist. HOWEVER, the strap is advertised as a 12 loop, nylon 7.5ft (90inch) strap. The strap itself is made of fabric- more like cotton, is only 5ft 9in (69in) and has 9 loops. The strap is much shorter than I needed for all my PT exercises and not what was advertised which is disappointing. I would have purchased a different product if the true length was listed.

My order didn't come with the door anchor nor the clip, but it's ok since I was only interested in the ankle attachment and looped strap.I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis, on and off, for over 8 years now and this is exactly what I've been looking for to get an even deeper stretch than I can get with a wedge or the edge of the stairs.

This thing allowas for a much deeper stretch and makes it easy to hold position for longer. 2 thumbs up !

I've been using this to get a really good stretch every morning when I wake up. After a few minutes work, I can get up and walk pain free. Over time, I think this has reduced the damage and allowed natural healing to catch up. It' been a massive improvement after a fairly short time.

it worksFelt a difference within two days of twice daily use. I can use this to pull my foot back and sideways for a good stretch. after physio and limping for almost two years I am almost pain free

Very practical and helpful for beginners in stretching for gymnastics to improve flexibility. All three of my girls use it and have seen improvement in their overall flexibility. Will take some time but I believe this product will help get them the support they need.
