For a very cheap chair I am impressed! Use it for part time work at home - would not use it for full time as I would need a more better one. Great - not much room for movement but does the job and caused no back or next pain!

Arrived very quickly, reasonably easy to assemble. Good thickness of seat, seems comfortable enough, time will tell.

good value for the quality. looks great in the office and rolls well around the room. Would buy again. Because it is made of material, it might not last for many years as a leather chair would, but totally does the job and looks the part.

This chair is currently showing as unavailable and I hope it stays that way. It was cheap and available at the time when covid lock downs were forcing everyone to set up for home working. There werent many options available, but I really regret choosing this chair over others that I was looking at. The lumbar support is so low down, all it really did was push on the top of my pelvis and prevent me from getting my lower back against the back rest. It ended up being incredibly uncomfortable to use so I cut the lumbar support off and that made it a little better. However, the mechanism that stops the back from rocking freely has now developed play so the chair sinks down on the back right corner so now I am getting back ache again. The front edge of the seat is also very square and if I sit in the chair for too long it cause me to get cramp. So yes. I really feel as though there are better chairs out there.

Assembly was easy. It's comfy. My sciatica is a lot better which is an added bonus.

Although the chair can be put together by one person it is much easier with two as the second person can steady it while trying to align the screw holes for the arms and back. We bought this as our old chair had seen better days. Took a bit of time to get used to leaning back on it as, at first, it felt like it was going to topple over. After a month you may find that you have to tighten the screws a little more and ours developed a little squeak as well. Other than that it is really doing the job as we can now adjust the chair to suit ourselves.

As an 84 year old I managed to assemble the chair, taking a few breaths!! I could not click the casters into place, but a friend did that and I can now sit comfortably in my swivel chair. It's great!

Not comfortable, couldn't disassemble part of the chair. Sent numerous messages, with photos and videos, to resolve the issue, some replies saying the photos and videos weren't received. This has frustratingly culminated in a communication breakdown!
