It's important to have an understanding of the AIP way of eating if you purchase this cookbook
Well, I guess I like the breakdown, "Chapters" but that is about all.I'm a bit disappointed as I was expecting "breakfast" recipes. Understanding that following an AIP diet does limit certain traditional breakfast foods but I was really looking forward to new ideas. I am also disappointed that ingredients such as tomatoes and soy milk were listed.

Nice recipes but they aren't autoimmune
Nice recipes but they aren't autoimmune. They call for tomato and sunflower seeds which aren't autoimmune and I'm only on the first few pages.

There are recipes that call for ingredients that are not approved for the AIP diet... that is a bit confusing. The book is also shorter than I expected. I altered some of the recipes and liked them. Couldn't find the recipe on the front of the book.

This book is NOT AIP safe
This book is NOT AIP safe. It includes tomatoes, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seed, flax seed, nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom, vanilla, agave, chia seeds, allspice, walnuts, soy milk. I have not counted but I guess at least half of the recipes are not usable. Perhaps it should be renamed as it unlikely to help anyone on the AIP protocol.
